1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Zetrixa Digital website, deploying any of our ready-to-deploy software platforms (such as POS, ERP, HMS, or RentFlow), or signing a custom software development agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Delivery Models & Subscriptions

Zetrixa Digital operates under two main delivery models:

Ready-to-Deploy Software Platforms: Software platforms provided on a monthly subscription basis include software updates, cloud data backup, and technical support. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle.
Custom Software Engineering: Bespoke Web Applications, mobile apps, and custom software projects are governed by individual Statement of Work (SOW) documents detailing milestones, deliverables, and source code transfer rights.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Zetrixa Digital retains all rights, title, and interest in its pre-existing core software platforms, algorithms, and brand assets. Custom software built under explicit custom development agreements will transfer ownership of deliverables upon final payment clearance.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetrixa Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform misuse or third-party network outages.
